Teolihuacan

Teolihuacan is a turn-based strategy game with puzzle mechanics. You play as the Aztecs that try to defend their belongings and their  golds. wih a divine light beam and its reflection in the mirrors. Survive the enemies attack, and don't let them escape with your gold.

This is a 3-month graduation project for our bachelor's degree at Haute École Albert Jacquard in Belgium.

Controls   (Prefer keyboard/mouse, but you can use a gamepad)

Keyboard + mouse:

• Move Camera : ZQSD/WASD/↑←↓→
• Zoom Camera: Mouse scroll
• Select case: Mouse position and click
• Rotate unit: Mouse scroll
• Hide/Show life bar: Spacebar

Gamepad:

• Move Camera: Right Stick
• Zoom Camera: RT / LT
• Move Case selection: Left Stick
• Select: A button (South button)
• Rotate unit: RB / LB
• Change Select Unit: D-pad
• Hide/Show life bar: Y button (North button)

To move: select a case with a unit then select the case to move next. (You have to validate your turn to do your action, 1 unit can move by turn)

How to play:

You have to protect the gold of your temple and win against the conquistador. Protect the gold is your priority. If the enemies succeed to escape with the gold, everything is lost.

This is a turn-based strategy game. So you have access to one action per turn.  The player and enemy attack automatically after moving. The same applies to the enemies. At the end of each turn, the Quetzalqualt shoot a deadly laser beam for the conquistador but it can heal you a bit. Use your mirror carrier to deviate the laser and kill the opponents.   Since the laser is your best weapon, use your Aztec warriors to protect the mirror carriers.

When you select an entity, the blue cases show you the moving range, and the orange ones show you the attack range.
